NextPet GoPetie was a pet care and licensing platform developed in Laravel for the Massachusetts (USA) market. The platform enabled dog owners to obtain licenses for their pets from city councils by uploading pet details, documents, and veterinary certificates. The project included the creation of multiple city council portals, each with unique requirements and rules, and supported both web and mobile experiences.

The challenge was to build a scalable, multi-tenant platform that could handle different city council requirements, support secure document uploads, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The solution needed to provide a seamless user experience for pet owners and city officials, with robust backend management and reporting tools.

We developed the platform in Laravel, creating separate portals for each city council with custom workflows and rules. The platform supported secure document uploads, automated notifications, and real-time reporting. Ongoing improvements included new features for compliance, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
The platform enabled pet owners to easily obtain licenses for their pets, upload required documents, and comply with city regulations. The project delivered a modern, efficient solution for pet licensing before its closure.
