Once assigned, companies allocate workers to the job, and the mobile app tracks worker check-in, check-out, time, and location for accurate monitoring and payroll. The platform streamlines the entire workflow from job posting to completion, supporting real-time communication and efficient task management for all parties.

Project challenge, solution & result

The main challenge was to build a scalable, multi-user system that could handle real-time job postings, bidding, and assignments across web and mobile platforms. The solution needed to support seamless communication between customers, staffing companies, and employees, with robust tracking of worker time and location via the mobile app. Ensuring data accuracy, security, and a smooth user experience for all roles was critical.

The backend supports real-time notifications, secure data handling, and automated payroll calculations based on tracked hours. Ongoing improvements include new features for communication, reporting, and workflow automation.

The platform now streamlines the entire process of hiring, assigning, and monitoring handyman jobs for customers and staffing companies in the US.
