Project overview
Lettey was a property rental platform developed in Laravel for the New York market, active from 2021 to 2023. The platform enabled end users to sign up, find properties, and connect with nearby friends using Facebook and mobile data. I integrated multiple REST APIs (Google, Facebook, RealtyMX, Nestseeker, Elliman, Trestle) and payment gateway Stripe, and implemented credit score checks via TransUnion. The platform also used Airbyte for feed data integration and supported both web and mobile app experiences.

The challenge was to build a scalable rental platform with real-time property feeds, social integrations, and secure payment and credit checks. The solution needed to support a seamless user experience, robust API integrations, and compliance with financial and data privacy regulations.

The platform enabled users to find and rent properties with ease, connect with friends, and complete secure transactions. The project delivered a modern rental experience for the New York market before its closure in 2023.
